Is a 50% owned associate of The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited.

 

Has the same shareholding structure and board of management of the Western Harbour Tunnel Company Limited.

 

Manages the busiest Cross-Harbour Tunnel at Hunghom ("CHT" with an average daily throughput of over 120,000 vehicles) under a new Management, Operation and Maintenance ("MOM") Contract with the Government of the Hong Kong SAR. The new MOM contract commenced on 1 September 2006 for a period of twenty-six months and an extension was exercised by the Government for a further period of twenty-four months to 31 October 2010.
