Is a joint venture company involving three well-known Hong Kong conglomerates and is a 50% owned associate of The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited.
 
Has a working team of over 200 staff.
 
Was granted a franchise to construct and operate the HK$7 billion dual three-lane Western Harbour Tunnel ("WHT" - one of the ten Airport Core Projects opened for public use on 30 April 1997) in accordance with the Western Harbour Crossing Ordinance enacted on 22 July 1993. Under the BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) contract, the franchise covers the financing, design, construction, commissioning and operation of the WHT for a period of 30 years, i.e. up to August 2023.

has raised its tolls ten times under the Western Harbour Crossing Ordinance since its opening in 1997 (with effect from 3 December 2000, 16 February 2003, 4 July 2004, 6 January 2008, 1 August 2010, 1 January 2013, 22 February 2015, 1 January 2017, 27 May 2018 and 1 June 2019).
