Was set up in June 1983.
 
Is 70% owned by The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited and 30% by Wilson Parking International Holdings Limited.
 
Is granted by the Government to operate designated driving schools at :
1. Shatin Siu Lek Yuen - 23,600 sq.m (replaced the old centre at Tai Wai since August 2000),
2. Yuen Long -17,000 sq.m (since November 1994),
3. Apleichau -4,680 sq.m (replaced the old centre at Wong Chuk Hang in January 2007 and being relocated in November 2016), and
4. New Kwun Tong — 4,560 sq.m (granted in October 2018 and will commence operation in the third quarter of 2019).
 
Operates "Driving Improvement Course" at two town centres under contracts awarded by the Transport Department of the Government of Hong Kong SAR in 2002 and 2009.
 
Is now the biggest driver training operator in Hong Kong and has over 650,000 graduates (successfully obtained driving licences).
 
Provides driver training for individual learners (for both fresh and advanced learners) as well as fleet training for operators from different commercial and public organizations.
 
Provides one-stop services for fresh learners and self-enhancement courses to those who want to improve their driving skills.
 
Is the unique driver training provider being awarded the ISO 9001 Certification and the HKCSI Innovative Services Award.
 
Has a fleet of around 580 training vehicles including private cars, light goods vehicles, medium goods vehicles, motorcycles, buses, articulated vehicles and skid cars.
 
Possesses a team of about 590 staff, around 370 of them are driving instructors.
 
Was awarded the “Manpower Developer 1st Award” (2010-2020) by the Employees Retraining Board of the HKSAR Government.
 
Was awarded the “Corporate Citizenship Award” (2010-2019) by the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
   
Was awarded the “Family-Friendly Employers Award” (2011-2018) by the Family Council.
   
Was awarded the “Employer of Choice Award” (2016) and the “Learning & Development Award” (2016) by the JobMarket of the Sing Tao News Corporation.
   
Has been a “Caring Company” of the Caring Company Scheme for thirteen consecutive years under the auspices of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
   
Is the only associate member in the Southeast Asia Region recognized by the European Driving Schools Association("EFA"), a worldwide organization formed by 26 European authorities, institutions and organizations from 24 countries.
