Important Notice – Suspected Fraudulent Cases

The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) has recently become aware of suspected fraudulent activities claiming to be conducted by the directors and/or managers of the Company. The impostors pirated the Company’s name, logo and address to enter into leases, joint ventures and other business in various cities in China. The cases have been reported to the Hong Kong Police for investigation.

We hereby declare that www.crossharbour.com.hk is the Company’s only official website and its email ([email protected]) also bears the domain “crossharbour” (and not domain names that are provided by other website providers). Save as aforesaid, all websites and emails purporting to be of the Company are false.

We solemnly declare that those non-official contacts of the Company and their fraudulent activities, as well as business controversies that arise or may arise from and in connection therewith, are not associated with the Company.

If you have any doubts about the identity of those purporting to be the management, employees, representatives or agents of The Cross-Harbour (Holdings) Limited, please contact us immediately for verification. We further recommend that you report the case to your local police, public security bureau or unit, as appropriate.
